I would like to take a few moments to introduce us:

In case some people may think the last few comments were not made by 'real people' - I shall explain why they were posted by me!
The fact is - is that they were posted by each of the individuals concerned on another site that I am member of or private emails to me and I thought it is a shame that they were not actually posted on my website! So I copied and pasted their comments to my site. They were real comments made by real people and I do not just post any comments that are not real.
I feel I ought to justify myself as someone posted a comment as if to say I had made them up or something. I have tried to email the person to explain - but his email does not work - so I have classed his message as 'spam' and deleted it from my site.
Thank you to all who do take the time to comment.

I looked at your web page also and found it very interesting. I just removed some of my work that was represented in a Gallery here in Florida because they started to show all abstract work and were not showing mine. Their comment was that - I should do some abstract work on canvas. I said I just don't think "abstract" when I paint. However, I was very impressed by the work shown in your website, as it was soft and well done - not "wild" and difficult for me to appreciate!! In fact your work would fit with my more traditional work, if with compatible colors and design. I hope this makes sense!!!
I think you just made a believer of "abstract" that I can appreciate!!

Thank you for your wonderful kind words. I too went to your website, interestingly enough I too was in the decorative world but in the safari world in Zimbabwe. Spent hours doing paint finishes on floors. Love your vibrant abstracts and the Interiors you have transformed, great work.

Thank you Denise. Your paintings are beautiful and your art studio does look like the most inspiring place to work! Creating always brings me back in touch with myself. I'm so glad you decided to jump right in at age 50.
